Dry Rkatsiteli Kvevri White Wine

Discover the Rkatsiteli Kvevri white wine from the renowned Kakheti wine region. This wine is hand-picked and destemmed at optimal ripeness. The grapes ferment whole for about three weeks in the Quevri, followed by malolactic fermentation and three months of maceration. After clarification, the wine matures for a few more months in stainless steel tanks.

Anyone who has ever had the Robert Weil Rheingau Riesling in their glass will know why this 30-kilometer-long freak of nature, through which the Rhine is briefly interrupted in its north-south course and meanders from east to west, is so famous for its Rieslings. With the Taunus at your back and the sun in front of you, everything that the king of grape varieties loves comes together here. In the case of the Weil Riesling, this also includes the excellent locations around the town of Kiedrich and the great know-how of Robert Weil. Produced organically and selected with the greatest care, only perfectly healthy and fully ripe Riesling grapes make it to the press. After spontaneous fermentation with the yeasts of the vineyard and a short mash, a gentle fermentation in stainless steel tanks follows.
