As a gin lover, you'll let your taste buds rejoice! Here you'll not only learn everything about the production and significance of this delicious drink, but you'll even make your own gin with ingredients of your choice. A gin expert will explain everything about botanicals, the aromatic additions, and why they make the special difference. Using small tabletop stills, you'll then produce your own gin from the botanicals you've selected, which you'll take home at the end of the evening. Finally, you'll choose the perfect tonic water to go with your own gin.

We'll tell you one thing right at the beginning: The word whisky is derived from the words water and life. And that's why it tastes like the heather blossoms of Speyside, the honey of the Lowlands, the minerals of the Highlands, or the seaweed on the beaches of the Islands. Sometimes delicate and sweet from the sherry and port wood barrels, sometimes smoky and peaty like a Scottish moor. Get to know it through whisky nosing and whisky tasting.
