For him, it was no longer about simply removing the alcohol from a wine. Rather, the wine character should be brought out in an alcohol-free drink. In this red cuvée you can taste the advantages of this approach. This wine is a successful alcohol-free symbiosis of Dornfelder and Regent that makes you want more. The Edesheim couple work with great dedication and care to bring each grape variety into the bottles with its own individual character. A symbol of the Palatinate's passion for wine The Diehl winery impresses with its dry rosé made from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Saint Laurent and Pinot Noir grape varieties. This fruity, fresh wine impresses with its interplay of well-integrated acidity, subtle spice and notes of strawberry and raspberry. This wonderful rosé from the Diehl winery comes from the Palatinate and is a finely tart cuvée made from 50% Portugieser, 35% Merlot and 15% Pinot Noir.
