Sunny, sunnier - Ihringer! With 384 hectares of vineyards and 727 members, the Kaiserstuhl winegrowers' cooperative Ihringen is one of the largest winegrowing companies in Baden. White wine JEWEL from Rheinhessen When people talk about a wine jewel, Riesling often has a hand in it. And that's the case here too. Rheinhessen winemaker Juliane Eller makes a brilliant estate wine from the flagship white grape variety. She and her team pick the grapes by hand from selected vineyards around the community of Alsheim. The trained oenologist then takes the utmost care in the cellar, where the harvest is carefully processed. Juliane then matures the wine in steel tanks so that the fresh fruit of the Riesling is bottled as unadulterated as possible. The bouquet of the JUWEL Riesling already matches the elegant bottle design. A fine scent of peach and fresh lime wafts from the glass. On the palate, the wine then reveals itself with great juiciness and a delicate interplay of sweetness and acidity. A Riesling that is simply fun. And that's true - thanks to the moderate alcohol content - even with the second bottle. At just 23 years old, Juliane Eller took over her parents' winery and turned it completely upside down after taking over. Away from the original machinery and towards manual work, the vines were reduced to the five main grape varieties and only dry wines are produced. For Juliane Eller, the grapes are like precious stones that only become JEWELS when cut correctly.

A rosé to dream about Between holm oaks and cypresses in the midst of untouched nature, the Minervois region offers everything you need to produce a seductive southern French rosé wine. This is also the case for the Domaine de L'Ostal Rosé, a cuvée made from the two regionally typical grape varieties Syrah and Grenache. Its color shines in a vibrant pink and its bouquet delights with a lush aroma full of fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, which particularly underline the character of the Garnacha grape. This rosé is a pleasantly fruity, dry and mouth-filling wine that is guaranteed to conjure up the Spanish way of life in your cozy home. "La Granja" means "the farm" in Spanish, and the 360° suffix refers to a plot of land with ancient Tempranillo and Garnacha vines that was allocated to the winery in 1945 in the town of Almonacid de la Sierra. At that time, no one could have imagined how successful the wines would become. Today, La Granja has developed into one of the most renowned producers in the Cariñena region. The well-known red wine cuvée and the strong, dry rosé presented here are produced from carefully selected Garnacha grapes from those vineyards.
