The white from red grapes The "Eins zu Eins" Blanc de Noirs from Diehl is a dry rosé wine from the Palatinate with a good acid structure. It combines the best of red grapes in a white wine, and also has a rosé shimmer. Exotic hints of mango and passion fruit round it off elegantly. The delicate melting quality of the stimulating fruity acidity provides the right bite, and on the palate, traces of floral hay and subtle paprika add spice and backbone. A fine marzipan note creates a sophisticated aftertaste with great length. A wonderful tipple for convivial evenings. The varietal purity practiced by the Diehl couple in the beautiful southern Palatinate was reflected in a new categorization of the wines: "Eins zu Eins" stands for a harmonious relationship between the grape variety and its development. For these wines, it is crucial to acquire your own individual wine style and to constantly perfect it. With their "One to One" wines, the Diehl couple presents wine enjoyment typical of the grape variety at a premium level. Just like with the Blanc de Noirs: Unmistakably in a delicate salmon rosé, white and red currants form the basis of this slightly sparkling summer wine.

A masterpiece in pink The grapes for this outstanding rosé wine cuvée come from three different wine-growing regions in the Bordeaux and Bordeaux Superieur appellations. The winemakers at Baron Philippe de Rothschild considered the grapes from the Côtes de Blaye, Fronsac and Sainte-Foy-Bordeaux regions to be best suited for their Bordeaux Rosé. There, the vines grow on gravelly clay soils or on soils interspersed with clay and limestone. The Baron Philippe de Rothschild Bordeaux Rosé is produced using two different vinification methods. Some of the grapes are traditionally pressed directly. For the rest of the grapes, the so-called “saignée method” is used. In the “saignée” process, the mash is left to stand for a few hours or even days to allow color and tannins to pass into the must, depending on the desired effect. In English, the French word “saigner” means something like “to bleed”. Accordingly, the mash is "bled" after the must has rested and part of the reddish must is drawn off and the rosé wine is later obtained. The "saignée" process gives the wine a more intense color than traditionally pressed wines. In addition, they are somewhat denser on the palate. In the Baron Philippe de Rothschild Bordeaux Rosé, the process results in extremely fresh fruit aromas. The three classic Bordeaux grape varieties Merlot (88%), Cabernet Franc (9%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (3%) make up the Bordeaux Rosé from Baron Philippe de Rothschild. It presents itself in the glass with a stimulating candy-pink color. Its bouquet is very fruity with notes of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries. These fruit aromas are embedded in a fresh touch reminiscent of menthol. Aromas of red fruits also set the tone on the palate. In the finish, this French delicacy then says goodbye with a beautiful length that is characterized by freshness and menthol. Try this exciting rosé as an aperitif or as a perfect accompaniment to summer salads or grilled food.

Organic and of the finest quality La Bélière Rosé from Languedoc in France by Baron Philippe de Rothschild... Sounds elegant, doesn't it? And this wine is. And very tasty too! This dry rosé wine is a fresh and fruity wine that impresses with lots of fruit and soft smoothness. The rosy cuvée consists of a good third of the Syrah grape variety and two thirds of Grenache and Cinsault. It already sparkles in the glass with a beautiful pink color and promises more on the nose, as the bouquet already contains many fruit aromas from citrus fruits such as grapefruit and yuzu to currants. The French rosé wine also keeps its promise on the palate and shines with nuances of red fruit and pleasant tannins. The finish is wonderfully soft and with a hint of citrus and raspberry - an excellent finale to an excellent wine. And this wine has another very special quality: it is an organic wine. This means that it was produced ecologically and with respect for nature. The wine is part of the "La Bélière" line founded by Baron Philippe de Rothschild - the renowned winery's first organic wine project. The organic wine comes from a selection of the best organic plots in the Pays d'Oc and is produced under strict guidelines. Only grapes without chemical additives are used and the preservation of soil fertility and biodiversity also play an important role. This feature contributes to the already high quality of the wine. We can only enthusiastically grab it and enjoy the delicious rosé. Try it for yourself!

The finest French winemaking art: The Cazes family name is one of the greats in the world of wine. Originally from Bordeaux, the family moved to the Rhône Valley in 2006, where they have been producing very high-quality and fine red wines ever since. But the Cazes' exquisite Rhône range also includes a Côtes du Rhône suitable for everyday use. Try it! The Cazes Côtes du Rhône Réserve is made in the traditional way in concrete and stainless steel containers. Fermentation begins at 18 - 20°C with a gradual increase in temperature to 28°C. Afterwards, part of the wine (20 percent) matures in wooden barrels (foudres) and the larger part in concrete barrels (80 percent). The result is delicious: The Côtes du Rhône Réserve from the Cazes family has a deep, ruby red color and has pronounced aromas of black and red currants, raspberries and the herbs of the garrigue on the nose. A fine liquorice note is added on the palate. The fruit is concentrated and clear here too. The tannins are soft and ripe, the finish long and elegant. In short: a wonderful red wine to enjoy everyday life to the fullest!

Elegant red wine from Sancerre. Château de Sancerre bears the name of one of the best appellations for Sauvignon Blanc. However, the winery demonstrates with its wonderful Château de Sancerre Rouge that the AOP Sancerre is not only known for its legendary white wines. This red wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes. The vines grow in a hilly landscape directly on the Loire River on four different soil types. In addition to these ideal conditions, Château de Sancerre practices sustainable viticulture with certification. The dry Château de Sancerre Rouge captivates the nose and palate with rich aromas of red fruit and fine spicy notes of black pepper and licorice. With great power and a good tannin structure, this red wine glides over the tongue before a crisp finish rings in the finale. To meet the high quality standards of Château de Sancerre, the Pinot Noir grapes are hand-picked and then hand-selected again after harvesting. The winemaker then macerates the must at cool temperatures to extract a fresh fruit flavor. The careful processing is worthwhile, as the result is a powerful, elegant red wine from the Loire that should not be missing from any wine rack.

Enjoy the rich heritage of Apulia: If you look closely, you will see a golden, majestically grown tree on the Cippune label, which has deep roots in the earth. It symbolizes the rich landscape heritage of southern Italy, a very fine piece of which can be tasted in this red wine. The Negroamaro grape variety has been growing in Apulia on the heel of the Italian boot for thousands of years. It is widespread in the flat to gently rolling vineyards and is the most important red wine variety after Primitivo. Despite this, it is often only found today as a blending partner in full-bodied cuvées to give them more color and fruit intensity. The Negroamaro also has immense potential when grown as a single variety, as the Cippune proves!Let the deep red color and elegant fruit of this red wine take you to the south of Italy. Notes of ripe cherries, cassis and chocolate flow out of the glass. On the palate, the Negroamaro is finely spicy and balanced with ripe tannins and a long finish. Further proof of the great class of this red wine: Italy's most important wine taster Luca Maroni awarded the 2021 vintage a magnificent 97 points. Now it's your turn to try it!

Dreamy rosé from the Cape The dry rosé »Good Hope« by Danie de Wet comes from South Africa and has breathtaking fruit aromas. This stunningly charming, mouth-wateringly fruity and seductively drinkable rosé wine, which exudes an irresistible aroma of freshly picked raspberries, conjures up a sunset at the Cape before your eyes - see for yourself! The roots of the de Wet winemaking family have been firmly rooted in the Cape of Good Hope since 1693. But Danie de Wet himself was drawn out into the world at an early age. The combination of foresight, stubbornness and innovative spirit made him a true icon of South African winemaking. However, you only become a cult winemaker if you display genius even in the seemingly simple. The best example is his Good Hope Rosé, a rosé wine from selected top locations, which de Wet deliberately offers at a reasonable price.

Pinot Blanc from Devon Slate It may come as a bit of a surprise that the world-famous Dr. Loosen Riesling winery also has a Pinot Blanc in its ranks. However, anyone who tries this wonderfully refreshing white wine will quickly be surprised and delighted. The stimulating, mouth-watering nature of this Pinot Blanc is simply mouth-watering! The sweaty work on the steep slopes is not noticeable in the finished wine. As everywhere on the Middle Moselle, the grapes for the Pinot Blanc are picked by hand and transported through the rows of vines in baskets. The vines grow on red Devon weathered rock and enjoy many hours of sunshine thanks to their exposed south-facing location. The high-quality harvest is carefully vinified in the cellar before maturing in large wooden barrels. In the glass, the Dr. Loosen Pinot Blanc is light yellow with green reflections. The nose is beguilingly fresh with exotic and local fruit notes such as grapefruit, apple and vineyard peach. The elegant minerality can also be clearly tasted, which also penetrates the palate. Here the wine is pleasantly gentle with a delicate acid structure and good substance. The mouthfeel is creamy and fresh at the same time. A harmonious play of sweetness and acidity and a solid length ultimately lead to the only conclusion: Dr. Loosen can also make Pinot Blanc. And how!

A real great from Campania: The Aglianico grape variety is to Campania what Sangiovese is to Tuscany: beginning and end. The Greeks brought the variety to southern Italy 2500 years ago. Today it is one of the best in the whole country, for which one wine in particular is responsible, the Taurasi. In this remarkable red wine, the Aglianico is given the highest honors. It is no coincidence that the Taurasi is on a par with the Amarone or the Barolo. A wine that shines. And all the more so when a renowned producer like Feudi di San Gregorio takes it on.The winery lets the Aglianico vines grow in the original hilly landscape of Irpinia. Around the municipality of Taurasi, which lends its name to the wine, volcanic soils promote the ripening of the grapes. The mash fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for 18 months in French oak barrels. After another nine months in the bottle, the Taurasi finally presents itself in its most beautiful perfection. The wine sparkles in the glass, ruby red with garnet reflections. Its intense aroma is reminiscent of ripe sour cherries and fine spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and anise. The wine is powerful and wonderfully balanced in the mouth. The soft tannins and elegant acidity give it plenty of structure, while a mineral note is the icing on the cake. Taurasi - this wine is and remains a great one!

Argentinian top cuvée Eduardo Casademont, chief winemaker of Finca Las Moras, never tires of bottling one top wine after another. This time he has combined his favorite grape variety, Malbec, with the Bonarda grape to create a brilliant red wine cuvée called "Mora Negra". The grapes come from two different valleys in the San Juan wine region. The Malbec grows at an altitude of up to 1,350 meters in the mild climate of the Pedernal Valley. From there it brings with it a fabulous freshness and intense fruit. The Bonarda ripens slightly lower and at significantly hotter temperatures in the 650 meter high Tulum Valley. The grapes are picked by hand when they are very ripe. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks is followed by 15 months of aging in new barrels made of American and French oak. During this time the wine develops spicy and smoky aromas. 8 more months in the bottle also make it appear velvety and balanced. A deep purple sparkles in the glass. The scent is initially characterized by the dark berry notes that give the Mora Negra its name, but over time red fruits and hints of cooked figs also become noticeable. On top is a trace of sweet spices such as vanilla and a hint of smoke. On the palate, the Mora Negra impresses with its vital freshness, which is due to the high Malbec content of 70%. The deep fruit and inner strength of this wine are also carried by velvety tannins, which carry the elegant taste through to the long finish. An impressive experience!

Delicate rosé with greatness In the glass, the Aurea Gran Rosé shimmers a delicate pink with light golden nuances. Its nose is intense and very complex with refined notes of fresh fruit. In the mouth it reveals itself to be soft and velvety with sweet and spicy touches. The elegant acidity is underlined by mineral notes that give this rosé wine a unique character and provide the palate with lasting depth. The secret of the Aurea lies in the interplay of the individual characteristics of the terroir, the management of the vineyard and the human factor. This special rosé is created where the proximity to the sea meets the cultivation of white grape varieties and the production of Syrah wines. Its unmistakable elegance combined with its full body is the result of meticulous work in the vineyard and in the winery. The grapes are very carefully harvested by hand in the early, rather fresh hours of the morning and quickly brought to the cellar. The grapes are pressed extremely gently and carefully without the supply of oxygen so as not to stress the berries. This process, together with the careful selection of the must and the subsequent bottling for no less than 12 hours, allows unwanted soil and plant residues to be eliminated. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C in French oak barrels (part toasted, part new). This is followed by an assemblage of the two grape varieties and 8 months of fine lees aging. Later, a small proportion of white Syrah from the previous year's harvest (Vin de Reserve) is added and aged in the bottle for 20 months. The result will delight you too!
