His Haus Klosterberg Chardonnay is so complex, fresh and typical of Molitor that one can only be amazed by the repertoire of its creator...The grapes for this premium Chardonnay are carefully picked by hand, ground and macerated on the berry skins for several hours. The must is then fermented slowly and coolly, allowing the natural fruit to fully develop.
