Anyone who enjoys a glass of good wine now and then knows how difficult it is to distinguish between different styles of wine, despite relatively regular and enjoyable wine consumption. For most people, it stops at basic knowledge of wine science, such as: What are the differences in the production of white and red wine? But in this area, as in so many others , the more you know, the more you enjoy.
In addition, it makes a big difference when enjoying wine whether you have chosen the right glass and skillfully use all the senses at your disposal. That's why we want to train your senses and your knowledge for more wine enjoyment at our wine seminar@Home for beginners and at the same time offer you an exciting and enjoyable virtual event for at home. Because you will notice: Even though you are alone or only in a small group at home, you will not miss anything, on the contrary.
In an interactive, exciting wine seminar, the friendly and experienced sommelier Julian Neumann will explain the differences between different wine styles and the correct tasting technique directly from the highly award-winning Wilhelmshof wine and sparkling wine estate in the Palatinate.
In a lovingly filled wine box, which will be sent to you in the week before the event, there are four wine treasures to discover and enjoy. One sparkling wine, two white wines and one red wine. There is also an aroma bar, which you can use to find out what a faulty cork actually smells like and standard aromas from the wine description.
Explore the finesse of each wine together with wine lovers from all over Germany and learn how to make sparkling and still wine and why German Riesling is rightly known and famous all over the world.
Defy the Corona restrictions with a virtual trip to one of the most beautiful places in Germany and dedicate an evening entirely to enjoyment. In front of you (and one or two favorite people, because the contents of the wine box are easily enough for two people) is a wine box with three outstanding, award-winning wines and a sparkling wine from the wine and sparkling wine estate and next to it is your laptop or tablet, through which the door opens into one of the most traditional and inspiring wine cellars in the Palatinate.
