After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and vinified in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The cuvée, made from 90 percent Sangiovese and 10 percent complementary grape varieties, then matures for 24 months in 50-hectoliter oak barrels. The great effort pays off.
