Alcohol-free symbiosis of the best grapes: After years of working with alcohol-free wine and its production, winemaker Andreas Diehl changed his mind. For him, it was no longer about simply removing the alcohol from a wine. Rather, the wine character should be brought out in an alcohol-free drink. In this red cuvée you can taste the advantages of this approach. This wine is a successful alcohol-free symbiosis of Dornfelder and Regent that makes you want more. The wine tastes juicy and fruity, has a good body and a typical red wine structure. The wine character is clearly evident, both in the bouquet and on the palate. Try it for yourself!

The owners of the Diehl winery, Andreas and Alexandra-Isabell Diehl, are known as the two cheerful people from the Palatinate. And it is precisely this state of mind that they know how to transfer to their wines in a wonderful way. The Edesheim couple work with great dedication and care to bring each grape variety into the bottles with its own individual character. A symbol of the Palatinate's passion for wine The Diehl winery impresses with its dry rosé made from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Saint Laurent and Pinot Noir grape varieties. This fruity, fresh wine impresses with its interplay of well-integrated acidity, subtle spice and notes of strawberry and raspberry. This wonderful rosé from the Diehl winery comes from the Palatinate and is a finely tart cuvée made from 50% Portugieser, 35% Merlot and 15% Pinot Noir. So that the grapes can develop their full aromas right up to the end, they are only harvested when fully ripe in late autumn and then aged in steel tanks. Their Pinot Noir Rosé »one to one« is a fine tipple for true connoisseurs and combines all the characteristics you would want in a good rosé wine: with a fragrant bouquet of a strawberry-raspberry mix and delicious watermelon as well as sweet cherry blossoms! A masterpiece in pink The grapes for this outstanding rosé wine cuvée come from three different wine-growing regions in the Bordeaux and Bordeaux Superieur appellations. The winemakers at Baron Philippe de Rothschild considered the grapes from the Côtes de Blaye, Fronsac and Sainte-Foy-Bordeaux regions to be best suited for their Bordeaux Rosé. There, the vines grow on gravelly clay soils or on soils interspersed with clay and limestone. The Baron Philippe de Rothschild Bordeaux Rosé is produced using two different vinification methods. Some of the grapes are traditionally pressed directly. For the rest of the grapes, the so-called “saignée method” is used. In the “saignée” process, the mash is left to stand for a few hours or even days to allow color and tannins to pass into the must, depending on the desired effect. In English, the French word “saigner” means something like “to bleed”. Accordingly, the mash is "bled" after the must has rested and part of the reddish must is drawn off and the rosé wine is later obtained. The "saignée" process gives the wine a more intense color than traditionally pressed wines. In addition, they are somewhat denser on the palate. In the Baron Philippe de Rothschild Bordeaux Rosé, the process results in extremely fresh fruit aromas. The three classic Bordeaux grape varieties Merlot (88%), Cabernet Franc (9%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (3%) make up the Bordeaux Rosé from Baron Philippe de Rothschild. It presents itself in the glass with a stimulating candy-pink color. Its bouquet is very fruity with notes of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries. These fruit aromas are embedded in a fresh touch reminiscent of menthol. Aromas of red fruits also set the tone on the palate. In the finish, this French delicacy then says goodbye with a beautiful length that is characterized by freshness and menthol. The organic wine comes from a selection of the best organic plots in the Pays d'Oc and is produced under strict guidelines. Only grapes without chemical additives are used and the preservation of soil fertility and biodiversity also play an important role. This feature contributes to the already high quality of the wine. The finest French winemaking art: The Cazes family name is one of the greats in the world of wine. Originally from Bordeaux, the family moved to the Rhône Valley in 2006, where they have been producing very high-quality and fine red wines ever since. But the Cazes' exquisite Rhône range also includes a Côtes du Rhône suitable for everyday use. Try it! The Cazes Côtes du Rhône Réserve is made in the traditional way in concrete and stainless steel containers. Fermentation begins at 18 - 20°C with a gradual increase in temperature to 28°C. Afterwards, part of the wine (20 percent) matures in wooden barrels (foudres) and the larger part in concrete barrels (80 percent). The result is delicious: The Côtes du Rhône Réserve from the Cazes family has a deep, ruby ​​red color and has pronounced aromas of black and red currants, raspberries and the herbs of the garrigue on the nose. A fine liquorice note is added on the palate. The fruit is concentrated and clear here too. The tannins are soft and ripe, the finish long and elegant. In short: a wonderful red wine to enjoy everyday life to the fullest!

Dreamy rosé from the Cape The dry rosé »Good Hope« by Danie de Wet comes from South Africa and has breathtaking fruit aromas. The roots of the de Wet winemaking family have been firmly rooted in the Cape of Good Hope since 1693. But Danie de Wet himself was drawn out into the world at an early age. Having been in the family for generations, the 15ha Domaine Thomas is now managed by Michel and Laurent Thomas. The vineyards extend over the three charming communities of Sury-en-Vaux, Verdigny and Saint Satur, and the grape varieties grown are Sauvignon for the white wine and Pinot Noir for the red and rosé wine. Three different soil types - limestone, stone and fire soils - give this Sancerre its personal touch and make it a full-bodied and at the same time wonderfully fruity wine with pleasant acidity.

Gascogne en Rosé This rosé from Gascony impresses with its fresh, intense aroma. The ratio of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc gives this southern French wine a pleasant balance. The alcohol-free alternative to Doppio Passo We have excellent news for all lovers of alcohol-free wines: The Doppio Passo family has released the Rosso "Alternativa", the alcohol-free counterpart to the popular red wine. The use of the particularly gentle spinning cone column process ensures that the original and natural aromas of the sweet grapes are preserved in this wine. The result is a Doppio Passo that impresses with its juicy character. The drop is ruby ​​red in the glass and seduces the nose with a bouquet of ripe black berries, juicy cherries, figs and Mediterranean herbs. Pinot Blanc from Devon Slate It may come as a bit of a surprise that the world-famous Dr. Loosen Riesling winery also has a Pinot Blanc in its ranks. However, anyone who tries this wonderfully refreshing white wine will quickly be surprised and delighted. The stimulating, mouth-watering nature of this Pinot Blanc is simply mouth-watering! The sweaty work on the steep slopes is not noticeable in the finished wine. As everywhere on the Middle Moselle, the grapes for the Pinot Blanc are picked by hand and transported through the rows of vines in baskets. The vines grow on red Devon weathered rock and enjoy many hours of sunshine thanks to their exposed south-facing location. The high-quality harvest is carefully vinified in the cellar before maturing in large wooden barrels. In the glass, the Dr. Loosen Pinot Blanc is light yellow with green reflections. The nose is beguilingly fresh with exotic and local fruit notes such as grapefruit, apple and vineyard peach. The elegant minerality can also be clearly tasted, which also penetrates the palate. Here the wine is pleasantly gentle with a delicate acid structure and good substance. The mouthfeel is creamy and fresh at the same time.
