Having been in the family for generations, the 15ha Domaine Thomas is now managed by Michel and Laurent Thomas. The vineyards extend over the three charming communities of Sury-en-Vaux, Verdigny and Saint Satur, and the grape varieties grown are Sauvignon for the white wine and Pinot Noir for the red and rosé wine. Three different soil types - limestone, stone and fire soils - give this Sancerre its personal touch and make it a full-bodied and at the same time wonderfully fruity wine with pleasant acidity.

Gascogne en Rosé This rosé from Gascony impresses with its fresh, intense aroma. The ratio of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc gives this southern French wine a pleasant balance. Pinot Blanc from Devon Slate It may come as a bit of a surprise that the world-famous Dr. Loosen Riesling winery also has a Pinot Blanc in its ranks. However, anyone who tries this wonderfully refreshing white wine will quickly be surprised and delighted. The stimulating, mouth-watering nature of this Pinot Blanc is simply mouth-watering! The sweaty work on the steep slopes is not noticeable in the finished wine. As everywhere on the Middle Moselle, the grapes for the Pinot Blanc are picked by hand and transported through the rows of vines in baskets. The vines grow on red Devon weathered rock and enjoy many hours of sunshine thanks to their exposed south-facing location. The high-quality harvest is carefully vinified in the cellar before maturing in large wooden barrels. In the glass, the Dr. Loosen Pinot Blanc is light yellow with green reflections. The nose is beguilingly fresh with exotic and local fruit notes such as grapefruit, apple and vineyard peach. The elegant minerality can also be clearly tasted, which also penetrates the palate. Argentinian top cuvée Eduardo Casademont, chief winemaker of Finca Las Moras, never tires of bottling one top wine after another. This time he has combined his favorite grape variety, Malbec, with the Bonarda grape to create a brilliant red wine cuvée called "Mora Negra". The grapes come from two different valleys in the San Juan wine region. The Malbec grows at an altitude of up to 1,350 meters in the mild climate of the Pedernal Valley. From there it brings with it a fabulous freshness and intense fruit. The Bonarda ripens slightly lower and at significantly hotter temperatures in the 650 meter high Tulum Valley. The grapes are picked by hand when they are very ripe. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks is followed by 15 months of aging in new barrels made of American and French oak. During this time the wine develops spicy and smoky aromas. 8 more months in the bottle also make it appear velvety and balanced. A deep purple sparkles in the glass. The scent is initially characterized by the dark berry notes that give the Mora Negra its name, but over time red fruits and hints of cooked figs also become noticeable. On top is a trace of sweet spices such as vanilla and a hint of smoke. On the palate, the Mora Negra impresses with its vital freshness, which is due to the high Malbec content of 70%. The deep fruit and inner strength of this wine are also carried by velvety tannins, which carry the elegant taste through to the long finish. An impressive experience!

Delicate rosé with greatness In the glass, the Aurea Gran Rosé shimmers a delicate pink with light golden nuances. Its nose is intense and very complex with refined notes of fresh fruit. In the mouth it reveals itself to be soft and velvety with sweet and spicy touches. The elegant acidity is underlined by mineral notes that give this rosé wine a unique character and provide the palate with lasting depth.The secret of the Aurea lies in the interplay of the individual characteristics of the terroir, the management of the vineyard and the human factor. This special rosé is created where the proximity to the sea meets the cultivation of white grape varieties and the production of Syrah wines. Its unmistakable elegance combined with its full body is the result of meticulous work in the vineyard and in the winery.The grapes are very carefully harvested by hand in the early, rather fresh hours of the morning and quickly brought to the cellar. The grapes are pressed extremely gently and carefully without the supply of oxygen so as not to stress the berries. This process, together with the careful selection of the must and the subsequent bottling for no less than 12 hours, allows unwanted soil and plant residues to be eliminated. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C in French oak barrels (part toasted, part new). This is followed by an assemblage of the two grape varieties and 8 months of fine lees aging. Later, a small proportion of white Syrah from the previous year's harvest (Vin de Reserve) is added and aged in the bottle for 20 months. The result will delight you too!

Rheinhessen winemaker Juliane Eller makes a brilliant estate wine from the flagship white grape variety. She and her team pick the grapes by hand from selected vineyards around the community of Alsheim. The trained oenologist then takes the utmost care in the cellar, where the harvest is carefully processed. Juliane then matures the wine in steel tanks so that the fresh fruit of the Riesling is bottled as unadulterated as possible. The bouquet of the JUWEL Riesling already matches the elegant bottle design. A fine scent of peach and fresh lime wafts from the glass.
