The scent of strawberries is in the air: vastness and adventure, mysterious exoticism, wilderness and luxury all at the same time: this is what many people associate with South Africa, the fascinatingly beautiful country at the southern tip of the continent. And they also associate this with GOLDEN KAAN, the wine that, with its striking appearance and high quality, has established itself like no other wine as the leading brand of modern South African wine. Most of South Africa's wineries are located in the Western Cape region. This speaks for the extraordinary climate and soil quality of this unique region. The weather in the coastal region can definitely be described as Mediterranean. Cool, moist breezes act as a temperature regulator here and ensure a balanced climate throughout the year.
