Semi-dry Pirosmani red wine – Kakheti
Discover the Pirosmani red wine, made from 100% Saperavi grapes from the prestigious Kakheti region. The hand-picked grapes, harvested at optimum ripeness, undergo a special alcoholic fermentation on the skins, supported by natural yeast cultures. The fermentation is stopped by cooling when the ideal residual sweetness is reached in order to preserve the natural sweetness and freshness of the wine.
Aroma & taste: This dark red wine seduces with the intense aroma of ripe cherries. On the palate it is young and full-bodied, with a pronounced sweet fruit, soft textures and spicy nuances. The balanced aftertaste of blackberries rounds off the taste experience.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy this red wine at temperatures of +14°C to +18°C, ideal with sweets, fruits and desserts.
