Sunny, sunnier - Ihringer! With 384 hectares of vineyards and 727 members, the Kaiserstuhl winegrowers' cooperative Ihringen is one of the largest winegrowing companies in Baden. Classic white and red Burgundy grapes thrive in Ihringen, the warmest region in Germany with the highest number of hours of sunshine. The Ihringer Fohrenberg Spätburgunder Weißherbst is a rosé with an extremely strong taste and the finest aromas of honey and strawberries. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and has a long aftertaste. A lovely accompaniment to Asian dishes or as a terrace wine.
