The Horgelus family winery is located in the picturesque hills of Gascony and is run by the equally talented and friendly winemaker Yoan Le Menn. His credo is to preserve the wine's fruitiness and liveliness. To do this, he gets up at 3 a.m. during the harvest and uses the cool morning hours to get the grapes into the cellar before the southern French sun starts to burn. His impressively aromatic dry rosé thanks him with lush fruit and fragrant strawberry aromas.
