The dry Château de Sancerre Rouge captivates the nose and palate with rich aromas of red fruit and fine spicy notes of black pepper and licorice. To meet the high quality standards of Château de Sancerre, the Pinot Noir grapes are hand-picked and then hand-selected again after harvesting. The winemaker then macerates the must at cool temperatures to extract a fresh fruit flavor.
