With the Taunus at your back and the sun in front of you, everything that the king of grape varieties loves comes together here. In the case of the Weil Riesling, this also includes the excellent locations around the town of Kiedrich and the great know-how of Robert Weil. Produced organically and selected with the greatest care, only perfectly healthy and fully ripe Riesling grapes make it to the press. After spontaneous fermentation with the yeasts of the vineyard and a short mash, a gentle fermentation in stainless steel tanks follows. But wait: a small part of around ten percent is aged in large wooden barrels. This gives this fine Riesling a little more structure.
